Membership Authorization & Billing
By enrolling in the Ultimate Advantage Club, I authorize ABC to charge my account $(club price) between the 15th-20th of every month. This authorization will remain active until canceled by me in writing. To cancel, I must submit a cancellation request either:

Requesting and completing a cancellation form by calling the Club Concierge Line at 847-565-2405, or

In writing to 220 W Campus Dr, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
If I wish to cancel, I must do so by the last day of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. Membership benefits will remain active until the final day of the month in which the cancellation is processed.
Cancellation Policy
Ultimate Advantage Club memberships may be canceled at any time after fulfilling a minimum six-month membership term. If I choose to cancel before the six-month period is complete:

Any discounts I received, less amounts paid for the membership, will be due at the time of cancellation.

Alternatively, my account will continue to be charged until the six-month term has been fulfilled.
Once the six-month term has been completed, I may cancel at any time without penalty. However, cancellation will forfeit any unused membership benefits, including unused tune-ups.
Discount Policy
If I cancel my membership within six months of signing up, I will be required to repay any discounts received during my membership, unless the six-month term is fulfilled.
Tune-Up Policy
Membership benefits (excluding complimentary tune-ups) are available immediately upon signup. Complimentary tune-ups become eligible as follows:

HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Tune-Ups: Eligible six months after the signup date.

Generator Tune-Ups: Eligible one year after the signup date.
Each tune-up is limited to*
*one per season and is non-transferable.
